------------------------------------------------------------------- Call For Participation OOPSLA'98 Thirteenth Annual Conference on Object-Oriented Programming, Systems, Languages, and Applications October 18-23, 1998 Vancouver, BC, Canada ------------------------------------------------------------------- We invite you to contribute to OOPSLA'98, ACM SIGPLAN's premier forum bringing together professionals in the field of object technology. OOPSLA'98 will be a week-long event -- a collage of technical papers, practitioners reports, topical panels, outstanding invited speakers, exhibits, posters, demonstrations, formal and informal educational symposia, as well as an exceptional tutorial program and plenty of opportunities for social mingling. We've added two new ways to contribute this year: short Technical Notes for interesting ideas, and the Future Work Symposium for graduate students. We are encouraging all OOPSLA participants to use electronic mail and web pages for communication. All information is available on the conference web page at: www.acm.org/sigplan/oopsla. For those without web access, the same information is available from the OOPSLA'98 administrative office: OOPSLA'98 465 NE 181st Suite 463 Portland, OR 97230 voice: +1 503-252-5709 fax: +1 503-261-0964 email: oopsla98@acm.org web: www.acm.org/sigplan/oopsla/ Participating in OOPSLA'98 is easy: there are only three important dates and one simple submission process: 1. Go to the web site and acquire a copy of the relevant submission guidelines. 2. Compose your submission according to the guidelines. 3. Send your submissions to the OOPSLA'98 office either physically or electronically before the due date. The due date depends on the type of submission: check the guidelines carefully.
