All submitted papers will be refereed. Papers will be judged on their technical quality and usefulness to software practitioners and applied researchers. In addition to papers presenting the state-of-the-art software engineering techniques, industrial-strength reports giving accounts of industrial experience in the development of software are also solicited. Accepted papers/reports will be published by IEEE Computer Society and presented at the conference, with anticipated attendance of a few hundred. Best papers/reports will be recommended for publication in an international journal on software engineering. Submitted papers must be written in English and within 5,000 words.
