APSEC'97/ICSC'97 is an international conference focusing in the utilization

                                PAPER SUBMISSION:

The conference is now soliciting papers on all aspects of software
engineering and the application of software technologies. All submitted
papers will be refereed. Papers will be judged on their technical quality
and usefulness to software practitioners and applied researchers. In
addition to papers presenting the state-of-the-art software engineering
techniques, industrial-strength reports giving accounts of industrial
experience in the development of software are also solicited. Accepted
papers/reports will be published by IEEE Computer Society and presented at
the conference, with anticipated attendance of a few hundred. Best
papers/reports will be recommended for publication in an international
journal on software engineering.

Submitted papers must be written in English and within 5,000 words. Six
copies of papers/reports should be posted to:

                                TUTORIAL PROPOSALS:

The conference is also soliciting proposals for half-day tutorials that
provide conference participants with the exposure to emerging techniques,
knowledge, insights and solid industrial experience in various fields of
software engineering and technologies. Please contact the tutorial chair
